Senior Executive Review & Input into Committee Minutes
Dear colleagues
We have received a request from a new executive to review and have input into the Council Committees’ Minutes before they are submitted to the Chair.
VU has traditional adopted the firm position that executives do not receive the Minutes until after the Chair has cleared them.
We would like to collect some data to aid discussions.
Could you please indicate if executives review and have input into your Minutes before they are submitted to the Chair (a response of ‘yes’ or ‘no’ would be extremely helpful)?
