I would be grateful if anyone is willing to share the Skills Matrix for their Council, via email to a.creasey@ecu.edu.au if you prefer.

Is anyone in the process of updating their Skills Matrix following the release of the Expert Council on University Governance Principles in particular to address diversity considerations for Council? Has anyone constituted a Council sub committee to manage either "Emergency/Critical Incidents or Cyber specific critical incidents" ? If so, I would be very keen to have a chat with you.
