Devices provided to Council Members
Dear Colleagues,
Could you please indicate if you provide devices to Council members to access the agendas and papers (eg. laptop or iPad) and if this is a formal position (in policy/procedure) or just a general protocol?

Hi Linda,
We used to provide iPads but stoped a couple of years ago when there was a reduction in take up due to people already having their own devices. Chancellor and Deputy Chancellor are the exception to this- - we still offer, but depends on their circumstance if they accept.
