Policy Library Platforms – Current Systems and Any Lessons Learned

Hello colleagues,

Griffith University is currently reviewing options for the future management of our Policy Library and policy lifecycle processes.

We would be interested in hearing what systems other universities are currently using for:

  • Public-facing policy libraries

  • Policy lifecycle management (development, review, approval, publication and rescission)

  • Version control and historical policy access

  • Review notifications and workflow management

  • Reporting and compliance monitoring

In particular, we would welcome feedback on:

  • ServiceNow Policy & Compliance Management

  • Archer Policy Management / Archer IRM

  • Microsoft 365 / SharePoint-based solutions

  • Any specialist policy management platforms

If your institution has recently implemented or reviewed a policy management solution, we'd be interested in hearing from you.

Many thanks in advance for any insights or examples you are willing to share.

Kind regards,

Charlie

Hi Charlie, CDU uses TWEEK! Happy to connect you with our Policy Team if wanting to here about their experiences. The system works for CDU, howeverm there are some considerations that I think you should know about. Cheers, Brendon (brendon.douglas@cdu.edu.au)
