Code of Conduct

Hello all, I am about to start the process of reviewing our UniSQ Code of Conduct which applies to all staff. At present it is a long and detailed policy. I am wondering if it would be more effective (and efficient) to have a much simpler policy document which provides a policy statement and defines principles, and makes reference to a detailed 'handbook' which covers all the various applicable areas (human rights, academic freedom, conflict of interest, gifts and benefits, duty of care, etc). Before I get too far along with inventing a wheel which probably already exists, can any of you point me in the direction of a Code of Conduct which is in this format? Thanks, Julie
