Invitation to Collaborate: Benchmarking Corporate Governance Paper Templates
Dear Colleagues,
Victoria University is currently reviewing and refining its Corporate Governance paper template used by staff for paper submissions to Council and its Committees. As part of this process, we are seeking to benchmark our approach against best practices across the sector and would greatly value insights from other universities.
We are particularly interested in learning about:
Template structure: What sections are included in your corporate governance paper templates?
Guidance for authors: Do you provide examples or annotated templates to assist staff in writing governance papers?
Best practices: Are there any unique features or approaches your institution uses to support clarity, consistency, and impact in governance documentation?
If your university has a template or resources, you’re willing to share we’d be grateful for your input. Our goal is to ensure our materials are aligned with sector standards and support staff in producing high-quality, actionable governance papers.
