At Victoria University, the Office of the Vice-Chancellor (Chief of Staff) coordinates the front end of the Annual Report and the Portfolio of the Chief Financial Officer has oversight of the financial statements and audit sign off (back-end) of the Annual Report. The design is outsourced.
