Risk Committee and Cyber Security
Hello everyone We have been prompted to look at including a specific TOR in relation to cyber security in the charter of our Council's Risk Committee and were wondering if anyone has already got something similar they might share? Would also be very grateful for any wise comments about how such a TOR has worked in practice; particularly the kind of the reports that it might have elicited.

Deakin's Audit and Risk Committee has a ToR 'To consider reports and advise Council as appropriate on how the University ensures the security and integrity of its information and computer systems and applications'.
The Committee considers the usual reports you would expect - strategies, plans, reviews - but the most useful thing was a cyber session for all Council and Committee members looking at escalation procedures and decision making authority. \
We've also found the attached checklist useful and it's still pretty current.
