External Reviewers of University Councils
We are in the process of organising another external review of our Council here at Newcastle and are seeking to identify a list of potential reviewers with good experience in the sector.
Dianne Allen (University Secretary) and I would be very grateful to any of you who might be in a position to share (offline) the name of any external reviewer you might have used most recently for a similar exercise; - or who you might otherwise recommend. Hi Hamish
I spoke with Di last week. We are in the middle of procuring this services. I have sought proposals from Elizabeth Deane, Michael Tomlinson and Geoff Kiel, who have all come highly recommended from a variety of sources.
I have asked them to provide quotes for doing both the corporate and academic governance reviews.
