Critical Incident Sub Committee of Council
Has anyone constituted a Council sub committee to manage either "Emergency/Critical Incidents or Cyber specific critical incidents" ? If so, I would be very keen to have a chat with you.

Hi Rebecca,
We have at Griffith Uni - it was requested by the Chancellor. It is called the Council Crisis Management Committee (CCMC). You will be able to see the constitution linked from the committee website - https://www.griffith.edu.au/about-griffith/corporate-governance/university-committees/council-crisis-management-committee
Is is also referenced in the Griffith University Governance Framework (which you can access in our Policy Library. Happy to chat too.
