Cyber crisis simulation
I am seeking to arrange a cyber crisis simulation/exercise for our Council to deepen awareness and discussion. We've previously had a session on our cyber crisis management hierarchy, Council's role and delegations etc. I'm now interested in a session simulating an actual incident - 2~3 hours possibly online.
I'd welcome any suggestions about recommended providers and good/bad experiences in running such a session.

Apologies for my tardy response on this. I participated in Crisis and Incident Management Training, which was run for management, not Council. Our Risk and Resilience team coordinated it and used Phoenix Resilience. The training was good. If you want to know more, I could put you in touch with our Manager, Resilience.
