Vice-Chancellor or senior managers received material remuneration from a party other than the University
Hi everyone
We are currently considering how best to disclose senior executive staff receiving material remuneration in our annual report, in line with ECUG Principle 8.2(g).
I’d be interested to understand how others are approaching this in practice: a) Are you making this disclosure in your annual report (or elsewhere)? b) Are you disclosing the amounts of material remuneration, or simply noting that it occurs?

I should add, at Macquarie we are planning to note the material remuneration, not disclosing the amount.
