Hello all, seeking your input on whether or not proxy voting is permitted by absent elected members of your Board/Senate - eg if an elected member has a planned absence but wants to vote on a resolution included in the meeting agenda, do you allow them to proxy vote via email to the Chair prior to the meeting?
