Dear Colleagues,
As you are aware, TWEEK has entered liquidation. Importantly, the company remains solvent and continues to operate and service its clients as normal. HES is closely monitoring developments to ensure any risks associated with ongoing service delivery are well managed.
Following today’s discussion with the appointed liquidator, DyeCo, a final court determination regarding the directors’ dispute is expected later this month. Once this outcome is known, I will provide an update to the CoSec group. Any longer-term sector responses will necessarily depend on that decision.
In the meantime, please be assured that TWEEK remains operational and solvent, and client services are unaffected.
