Hi all,

For Council member selection processes, does anyone have any Selection Committee documentation such as Terms of Reference, committee membership (is this mandated by your Act?), selection criteria, nomination forms, etc. they are happy to share? How are potential Council members identified? Is it through recommendations from other members, senior executives, or do you advertise (if so, where)?
