I would be grateful if anyone is willing to share the Skills Matrix for their Council, via email to a.creasey@ecu.edu.au if you prefer.
Is anyone in the process of updating their Skills Matrix following the release of the Expert Council on University Governance Principles in particular to address diversity considerations for Council? Last but not least, can anyone share the approach taken to moderate Council members' self-assessment against the skills matrix? With thanks, Anita Creasey Edith Cowan University
