Student Member terms of office
ACU is currently reviewing its student representatives and we are seeking advice as to enrolment conditions imposed on your student representatives. These could include the maintenance of a minimum course load while a representative (full-time, part-time, full-year or part-year), duration of study remaining at time of nomination and while in office, and how you address interruptions to study during representative terms (suspension or leave of absence, cessation of studies, graduation). Any advice gratefully received!

Hi Matthew,
At JCU the eligibility requirements for the student member are:
Students - mean, for the purposes of the policy, those persons who are currently admitted in a course of study offered through JCU Australia (excluding JCU Singapore and JCU Brisbane) and have not been declared “absent without leave” nor granted a “leave of absence” and whose admission for that course has neither lapsed, nor been cancelled, nor subject to a deferral.
