IHRA Working definition of antisemitism
Hi everyone,
We're working through the Minister's requirement from late last year to adopt the definition, and are keen to know what others are doing in this space.
Our discussion has ranged from whether we should be also listing anti-muslim, anti-chinese, anti- every other religion and race, if we are going to single out antisemitism, to whether existing policies are sufficient when they already state no tolerance for any type of harassment, bullying or discrimination.
At the moment we're looking for some middle ground.

The team in HR and the DVC(A) portfolio are currently working through the Minister's requirements. We (in Governance Services) are expecting to view drafts of a new staff and a separate student policy in the near future.
