a. a process to identify changes in work units’ risk profiles?
b. a technology-based risk system to help your university to proactively monitor changes in key risk indicators?

2) Does your university have a Chief Risk Officer?
3) In terms of Council satisfying itself in relation to its Directors obligations under the WHS Act, how often are safety reports provided to the Council?
4) Does your Council/Senate set and review performance goals the Secretariat team?
