Policy/Guideline re: member storage of meeting papers & annotations
Hello brains trust!
Federation University are keen to educate our Council and Committee members on best practice regarding the storage of annotated meeting papers post each meeting.
We'd be keen to understand how other universities communicate the possible risks to both the individual and collective that storing copies of past annotated papers can pose and whether this is made explicit at the time of Induction, is supported by a Policy/Guideline or not covered at all.
