Policy on Recording/Use of AI for Council and Committee Meetings
Hi,
Does anyone have a policy on the recording/use of AI/transcription technology for Council and Committee meetings?
One of our Council members has requested a recording and we currently have no policy on how to respond to the request.
Some local government councils have them but I've not found a university-specific one.

Sorry Ian, we don't either. We've got a one-liner in an academic committees policy that says recording devices can only be used with permission of the Chair and agreement of other members, but that's it.
